At one time, the OH would only eat and 'easy-over', now, as I have him in training, he likes a 'sunny-side-up' |

Prickles, if I'm served an egg with any hint of runnyness I'm off them for weeks. runny eggs make me gag. :-0 :-| |

Roy, I've never understood why anyone would want to boil an egg without the shell :-D |

Is a egg cooked in a bag not just a boiled egg? |

I bought some freeze/boil bags a while back to use in the camper. They are great for making scrambled eggs/omelets. |

I am not very good at cooking eggs and just might invest in some of those bags. |

Sounds good Julia. I have never mastered the eggs in a saucepan of water way of poaching. Always use a poacher, but can actually achieve a runny yolk using the microwave poachers. Did have a couple of 'accidents' when the microwave was splattered with little bits of egg. However have also done that with boiled eggs and decoarated the ceiling!!! |

Now I just love 'em. Come to that, I like all ways of cooking an egg, so long as it has a runny yolk. |
