It always minds me of my oldest being at nursey and you know how it was with your first ...I was excited for days before and took half the family with me to watch my son in his first christmas concert aged 3 ( He was the donkey that year) and at the end of it all the children sat in rows he being still small was seated front row right in the middle they went on to sing christmas carols finishing off with we wish you a merry christimas .....only when it got to the " Oh bring us some fig and pudding " He sang oh bring us some frigging pudding at the top of his voice to my horror and my families merriment. :-D :-D

OOOOOOOO good king Wenceslas
first look out of his bedroon window
silly bugger he fell out on a red hot cinder
brightly shone his h'arse that night.....cant remember the rest

:-D

Allan

Allan Report 6 Dec 2012 20:57

From the 'Vicar of Dibley' delivered by Alice:

While Shepherds watched their flocks by night,
All seated on a bank,
The Angel of the Lord appeared,
And taught them how to.......

We never did find out what they were taught, as she was hastily shut up by the vicar. I found it incomprensible at the time that the vicar would prevent the imparting of Biblical knowledge!

just re-read - when I said "you know who" I most definitely was not referring to you Cynthia - never entered my head - sorry if you thought that - I was referring to John and I know Allan knew what I meant - why on earth would you think I was referring to you - I know John would have come back with a quip

could I add that I have never ever made any unpleasant remarks about you and never would - have no reason to
