We shall be having our christmas meal on boxing day to fit in with our grandson
so just the three of us on The Day we will be doing a ham with jackets and salad with special cheesecake to follow.....sorted..... :-D :-D

Like Ann...at daughters. And my daughter is more laid back than me and ..unless she's changed..not as organised so who knows!!!!

As we are at daughters for Christmas I think it will be at about 2pm. Then buffet nibbles in the evening.

Hya julia We have ours 4pm after the queens speach tradition x its only the two of us & then i put a little buffet out for him indoors & myself we can nibble or not then :-D keep well enjoy your cooking x Barbra

I'm not sure we will be having a Christmas dinner as such but will probably have a veggie roast the evening before with guests and a buffet brunch on the day. Then it depends on when - and if LOL - we feel peckish again. :-D

MIL is doing the dinner this year. First time in 23 years. I think it is a 1pm. I have had Christmas lunch at many different times over the years depending if I'm on shift or not.

An early shift means dinner at 4 ish cooked by OH, I have dished at at 12 mid day if I have been on a late shift so I get lunch before work. If I'm off its at 1 pm, usually because the offering are chomping at the bit with hunger by then :-D
