	OH made a lovely dinner tonight - lasagne followed by homemade pancakes with lemon and sugar.

	Pancakes are lovely. Real treat with lemon and sugar. Difficult not to have them every day. Had 6 tonight. Can't go to bed yet cos I feel too fat to get up stairs :-D

	Get my nukeable pancakes from either Sainsburys or M & S Had some M &S ones last night with lemon and sugar mmmmmmmmmm Still another pack left for tonight :-D
	Researching: We are all of us in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars, Oscar Wilde New avatar, my dad age about 3/4 months, could have been worse, it could have been the awful nude on a rug!!
