Very glad to report that Princess has been discharged from hospital....and they have not given her another lumbar puncture and seem satisfied that the extra injections will have got rid of the infection.

She has to have her normal injections this week...she is a little pin cushion, but so strong and a little fighter.

All the thoughts and prayers have helped and Im sure she will be OK.

When you first posted the 'M' word, most of us probably feared the worst sort of outcome.

It's absolutely wonderful that Princess has come through this and is now back with her family <3

Lovely to hear Princess is home even tho she has to go back and forth for the injections. The fact that she has put on weight is good news and I am sure she will come on in leaps and bounds now.

All the best to the family and especially to her Mum on Mother's Day, (and you too of course)

Princess is out of hospital..but it was an option that they agreed to as they have to take her in each day for injection.
They had to go at 1.0am early hours and tonight at 11p.m tomorrow at 9.p.m.
I spoke to my granddaughter earlier and she is pleased to be home...though I wondered if it would have been better to stay till the treatment finished...didn't say anything and can understand them coming home to be with the other children.
She has gained weight and is smiling now and not in pain.
Thanks all for your support!

Not sure if she is home.Daughter called me this afternoon to say that she can go home if they bring her in each day to have her treatment .

I have been out tonight and not heard anything...so will find out in morning, but think if they let her out she must be a lot better.

So pleased all the treatment has gone so well.

Bless her, she has gone through so much, but best to have thorough checks done, so she is fighting fit when she goes home. I do hope it won't be long, and she can be spoiled lots when she is back with the family again.

Poor little baby. She is in the right place and they are making sure she is clear of everything before allowing her home by the sounds of it. Very frustrating for the family but better to know she will be better when she gets home and with her being so young she wont remember any of the nasty things she has had done to her.xx
