I will be cancelling my subscription for the time being. Will I still be able to view my family tree and, if so, can others request to view my tree still?

As you have used the board I don't think you can cancel your subscription but when it lapses you can still use your tree.

Looks like your up for renewal,,just just let it lapse ,you can still use your tree.

I dont think you will be able to view others nor share your tree if you are a free member

I was able to open my tree up to others, but I could not view their trees. You can delete your account but may has well let it lapse.

If you let your membership lapse, other paying members can pm you asking to see your tree, and you may respond to those pms.

Don't think you can see other trees.

You may continue to contact other members whose names are already in your Contact list

You can continue to work on your tree, as well as look at it


If you cancel your subscription ................... everything may disappear, and you may not be able to see your tree


You might as well just let your sub lapse, and let GR drop you down to Free Member.

Many thanks everyone for your input. I guess I'll just have to see what happens.

as long as I can access and work on my tree and PM other contacts then that should keep me going for the time being.
