It seems to me that Sharif and Sonia were going to be caught out and kicked out anyway. My guess is they'll kill him off now and have her work through the remainder of her contract. I find the characters and the storyline tedious so won't mind missing a big 'Christmas reveal'.

Likewise the Steve 'is he or isn't he' story. I'm not sure what the illness is but had thought it might be male line only, Michelle terminating a boy and Steve trying to wrestle Leannes daughter from her (I've made all of this up, as if you can't guess LOL. so not a spoiler.) Is it a real life condition that they were trying to raise awareness for? Seems like tatty writing for a serious issue.

Now for my biggie........ 'designer' uniforms for 2 staff at a back street greasy kebab shop??? :-0 :-0 :-0 Where's that one going? :-S

That situation must be very difficult for the writers. Maybe they will tweak the storyline and write him out of it.

Devious or what? That Caz is a schemer. And Maria has history for being a stalker so it will probably all kick off in the next couple of weeks.

I wonder if they will replace the Asian actor who was sacked? Apparently there was a big storyline heading towards Christmas with those actors.

That Caz's voice whining on gets on my nerves. I suppose the situation is feasable but there is too much 'dark' and not enought 'light' in corrie at the moment.

Oh Lor! I don't CARE about the Michelle, Steve, Leanne story. It is just too tedious to be true.

And as for that little madam telling all and sundry all about the problems with Michelle etc. Gordon Bennett, I would wipe the floor with her.

Then Michelle sat and discussed it with the devil child. Would you? Really?

Well I have just caught the last 3/4 hour of the Omnibus.

Who was the mob standing in the background when the car turned over. (Yes I know they were extras)

But why did no-one come forward to help lift the car off Lily and Gary. They were making a big show of pointing and expressing shock, but no begger wanted to help with injured.

And...........by the way..............why did no-one either come out of, or go into, the Medical Centre? Surely they would be the first port of call? And the noise would have bought someone out to look.

Saying all that, it was still very good.

Just realised Chesney is not around and haven't seen Sinead either have we. Yes 'David's' acting ha been really good this week, so real and believable.

That was brilliant. I really enjoyed the drama of it all. David has really come on as an actor. I can feel his pain. Crying in the shower was the final tipping point for me.

Tracey is a piece of work! She told Ken should be there for him, even though she spends most of her time deriding him. Peter was banished to the waiting room. She has some cheek.

Yep both Gemma and Craig are holding their own too.

By the way, where is Chesney?

Yes, great acting and 'Gemma' has grown on me too.

OMG - such trauma on Corrie and Emmerdale

Today was already a horrible day - Aberfan 50th anniversary and 14th anniversary of my lovely OH's death - he died at 7:45 pm and the theme music for Corrie was playing on the ward TV as he died, and now this

Thought the acting was superb all round, I love Gemma, never thought I would

First Emmerdale, now Corrie I don't think my nerves can stand much more, shall now see if E Enders can finish me off. Good filming though I hope Lily is OK.

Sometimes it is amazing what offends people. There are many far worse words to be heard all around us, on the bus, in the street, in the school playground. Why bother about the watershed, those they want protected use worse language than that!! And toddlers shouldn't be watching it anyway in my mind.

OH and I were of the same mind Maddie.

Never mind the car being filled with petrol!

It seems that what has offended people is that David said the Barsteward word before the watershed.

I should imagine should those be true circumstances, he would have said a lot worse!
