Mmm just been talking to me neighbour he's quite saffy with all this and thinks as some of you do that BT don't have a good custoimer service....we agree with that whole heartedly and that the package won't be that good and we CAN'T GET infinity here anyways....LOL

So there you have it......no go!!

That looks promising, Jude! I have BT phone and Broadband and Sky tv but not Sports (cancelled as was trying to cut down.) I am sure I can get a better deal but have been too lazy to change things.

I agree, John, their customer service is nil.

We have Sky at the house and BT at the apartment and we cannot wait to cancel BT internet and Vision, the service is appalling and customer services are the worst I have ever had the misfortune to telephone (a number of times).

Good luck Jude if you go for it, let us know if it actually does stream to your pc!

I would change to BT if they provided simple pricing information and a decent customer support. But every time I have gone with them, they have let me down (bit like British Gas for energy).

They promise a simple and affordable deal but both companies think profit first, customer second. Why don't they sit down with thickos like me, ask us what we want and then develop simple packages accordingly - like Sky and E.On do..

Do not want to bring any genealogical packages into my criticism of not being empathetic to customers :-) ;-)

Mmm we have BT vision and would have to upgrade to Infinity, l can't find the prices l was looking at earlier...grrrr, will get back to you, but it was either £18 or £21 or £26 l think??

We keep getting emails telling us we are using too much usage on broadband and they suggest we upgrade. Some emails arrive on the first day of the next month and tell us we have used 7GB....grrrrrr. if we upgrade it could then be limitless, but not sure about our calls, we get free calls 24/7 (well we pay a small fee for that).
This extra usage by us could be the iplayer??...sport again!!

Be very interested if anyone knows much about this. It looks a good deal to me, but cannot work it out. At moment I have basic Sky with phone free 7-7 and weekends and good broadband access. That costs £27 a month plus VAT but no football - which I do miss. But Sky is so expensive :-(
