I bought some casting resin, intending to encase a scorpion I killed in Portugal a couple of years ago.
I've had the resin for nearly a month, and am a bit scared of using it for the first time on the scorpion.
I've decided to try to make a very small casting of something as a practice run.
Has anyone got any ideas of something small, but interesting?

Hmm, any ring I have I tend to wear, but do have a few escudos.

I think I threw out any plastic insects.
I know there's a HUGE live spider behind the mirror - but I quite like him. I think I could find a dead fly....

Roses very late this year Sylvia. Any buds are tightly closed.

yep ................ most of ours are not yet out, either.

Two, however, have been or are in full flower

a native wild rose has flowered and is now finished

and a climber called Joseph's Coat is in full flower .................. on the east side of the house, in whatever sun there has been until quite late in the afternoon.
