OneFootInTheGrave Report 24 May 2013 10:03

As people continue to wrap up following the cold start to the summer in the UK, facing hailstones and temperatures well below average for May, Public Health England has published its heatwave strategy for 2013.

Public Health England is an executive agency of the Department of Health in the United Kingdom that began operating on 1 April 2013.

First thought - I wonder how much THAT cost!!
Second thought - appropriate timing for the agency to start.
Third thought - how bl**dy patronising!!!

I wonder if they have a strategy for rain, snow (if they have it's so far proved useless) breezes, and any other 'weather' that can rake in our tax money for 'jobs for the boys'. :-| :-|

It's sunny here with blue sky and white fluffy clouds. There's also a strong wind that is making it feel cold :-| If it wasn't for the wind it would be a lovely day.
