I've just made my own carrot and honey soup and it is disgusting.
I scoured the worldwide interwebby thingy and downloaded instructions.

24 ounces coconut oil
2 ounces mango butter
36 ounces olive oil
12 ounces palm kernel oil
10 ounces palm fruit oil
12.10 ounces of lye
10 ounces freshly pressed carrot juice
1/2 tablespoon of raw honey
10 drops carrot seed essential oil
1 tablespoon mango butter
1 tablespoon rosehip seed oil
1/2 tablespoon tamanu oil
1/8 teaspoon rosemary antioxidants

Mixed it all together and boiled it up on the good old primus stove.
I didn't understand the bit about pouring it into a mould so I skipped that part and one or two other bits and just tipped it into a bowl and had it with crusty bread.

I am now foaming at the mouth.

I'm sure Campbell didn't have this problem.
