Congratulations to you, your daughter & s.i.l the birth of your g.daughter Olivia Edie. It is a very emotional moment when you are there to watch your g.child being born.I was present at the birth of one of my g.children too, never to be forgotten.

Chrissie it truly is a wonderful experience isn't it. I was at the birth of my youngest daughters first baby and we have a great bond. I unfortunately arrived too late at the hospital for the birth of the second but I am close to her too. I was so lucky and blessed to have been invited to share their joy.

Being there when a grandchild is born is so special from the first peek to seeing that little scrap grow will always hold a magic place.I saw my grandchild born -wonderful.

I know that I am really lucky. I so hope that Olivia and I have as close a relationship that my nan and I had.
