I'll nudge up my two threads about clearing history, cookies etc and installing newer browsers if anyone thinks it will help.

It will not solve every problem but if you follow the instructions (particularly on the "Problems with GR and internet" thread) it MAY help.

Shout if you need a hand.

I have only been able to log in through the .za site. I cannot get on the UK site at all because of error on page.

Glad to hear that others complain I thought I was the only one just been in touch with someone who used to be on here but got fed up with this new site and the problems it causes. Not a patch on the old one

PricklyHolly It happens every time.

I thought GR are supposed to monitor these threads but its strange how they never respond to them. They have a problem and they seem to believe that if they ignore it it will go away.

This time they will loose potential new members because if they get an error page when they try to get onto this site they may well never try again.

Jane---I'm in Oxfordshire and only tried to respond to one chat so far....Thrown out...Error on page....Tried to get into Familt Tree,,,blocked,,,error on page...Your not alone darling we are all suffering with you....Lets all hold hands across the sea and pray or something....do you think that might work??? regards...LES.

Why is it that every time they make changes on this site it causes more problems than it solves.

I cant view surname matches now. I thought I would try logging in again so typed Genes reunited in my search engine and got an error page. What is going on with this site.

I know there has been several threads on this recently but what is GR doing about these problems.
