Police are seeking a man for the murder of a pensioner.
The alleged killer was on day release from prison where he was serving a sentence for a previous murder.
Which followed a sentence for his first murder.
How in Hades is someone serving a second murder sentence let out on day release.
IMO the second murder should have warranted a whole life sentence.

I couldn't agree more Brian, this kind of thing has happened too often.

The man he was trying to rob had been a nonce in the prison he was on release from.

I wonder if he was put up to it.
