Can you please arrange for the Ads on the top of the Board (On Chat) to come through at the same time as the Pages, They are always loading Slow and hinder the chat page,i/e nothing works untill they are fully loaded. Thank You.**M**

English birth certificates usually only record time of birth for multiple births not sure about Scotland they have their own system !

I have a question. I'm new to this site and an American. On US birth certificates we note the time of birth. Is there a way to obtain the time of birth for an English citizen from 1970?
