Is there a direct link to Support at this site ?

I need to ask a question about exporting my GEDCOM. I clicked to do that yesterday and don't know if the file has been generated (nothing says that it has) - it looks as though it hasn't.

When you clicked on Export GEDCOM the tree status is shown on the left. Go back to that page and look. If it is "Ready" (after clicking on Refresh Status) then the export should have worked. If it is Pending then it is in the process of being exported or the GR software has stalled.

I tried to do an export two hours ago and it is still pending so it looks like it isn't working at the moment.

I received my GEDCOM this morning, however the tree is still in the Pending state.
