Hi All some time ago i was given a link from someone in Genes Reunited relating to a death certificate search that would cost about £10.00 and give how the person died were buried and next of kin ....... I wondered if it would be possible if maybe someone would know of this site and could perhaps send it to me please thank you Nellie

You'll need to create an account.

As you work your way through the pages you'll be asked if you know the GRO ref. tick Yes and use the details exactly as given on FreeBmd. Don't add anything else.

The cost is £9.25 inc P&P

A death cert. will give the name and address of the informant, not necessarily the next of kin. It will give a cause of death, but to find where the person was buried/cremated, it
may mean ringing the local cemeteries or the council. Free bmd do not have details of recent deaths.
