Oh dear, Sunetra Sarker ..... never heard of her.

Someone point me in the right direction, please, or I'll have to google her.

I enjoyed this one too.

It felt as though he was really interested in discovery.

I don't know him at all, nor have I seen him in anything either, Joan, but he came across as a nice guy ...... and no 'suss' words thrown into the mix so it was good to listen to him too.

As has been said not the best programme nor the worst.

My feeling was that he went into this with rose coloured specs
and came out still wearing them.

I was half expecting them to focus on his condition and to see if they could find other examples in his family.

It was an okish episode, not mind blowing but more in line with discoveries we might make in our own lines.
Warren Davis came over as a nice guy.

Much better programme than I expected last night.

I have never been a big fan of Warwick Davis, but he was ok on this! :-D
and some interesting stories.
As Belle said- by no means the best programme, but I still enjoyed it. :-)

Loved last night - feel very at home in North Wales

There was quite a family resemblance so it must have been the same William Owen - you cant have had 2 with a Wife called Martha who escaped to south Wales at the same time.

Not looking forward to the Warwick Davis one - interested in the show& the story but not the person as i do not like his personality.

Saw him on the Celebrity square rehash & he was smutty & rude like Benny Hill - dont like that on a family show. Bob Monkhouse had innuendo's but was always the gentleman & just cheeky to his guests.

I enjoyed this episode also.

Nothing on the 8th but on the 15th it's Warwick Davis.

I enjoyed this.
It's another also where I know all the places in .North Wales that he went to.

I see that there is a question if they have the right William Owen,we all know the problem tracing Welsh ancestors...and there was so much inter marriage in families as not a lot of travel from the villages in the mountains .
