hi prickly holly,,thanks for your reply,COLIN BOARDMAN GOWAN was born 1938 and sadly passed away on 5th jan 2017,he was the son of ADA GOWAN who then married FREDERICK NOBLE BOARDMAN,in early 1946 and in late 1946 their son ANTHONY I BOARDMAN was born,COLIN was given the middle name of BOARDMAN [which he has given to his son PHILIP BOARDMAN GOWAN ]. Coiln went on to have six children, five to his first marriage and one to his second marriage My wife Carol is Colins daughter and will be Anthony,s niece. In all there are 4 daughters and 2 sons of Colin .any more information about Anthony and family would be helpful. also Colins funeral is at ST HELENS crematorium on Tuesday 17 Jan at 10-30.. thanks LEN

am searching for any descendants as Colin Boardman Gowan was Fredericks half brother. and am building family tree Len
