I loved Aston Merrygold's dance this week. I was impressed the Rev took notice of Craig and clamped those fingers together in the dance off, but he was still lacking and went.

Ruth and the Rumba didn't work. I'm not sure she is improving as much as some of the others are. Charlotte has a great body for a dancer but somehow manages to be both wooden and floppy.

Shame the Rev went so early .- looks like the public want dancing not entertainment this year.

Thought it was a really entertaining evening - I like the themed ones.

Loved Joe and the Dr Zhivago Waltz and Jonnie with the Indian Jones Paso - ithey are two of my favorite dances along with the Jive, Argentine Tango, American smooth and Charleston

I thought Ruth might have been in the dance off - the Rumba really wasn't her thing & poor Molly looked like AJ was throwing her around like a rag doll.

I would have shoved Simpering Charlotte out the door if it wasn't for losing Brendan. What is wrong with the woman, when dancing with Brendan you dont just flop about.. Looks like War has been declared between Piers Morgan and Shirley over Charlotte.

Well commonsense prevailed and the Rev has gone. He was good entertainment, but I would not have wanted him kept in to the detriment of better dancers.

Pleased that Sheridan Smith looked really well, considering she was poorly earlier in the year. What a belter of a song!!

So they live to fight another day.

Another one going tonight/tomorrow! Yes cos we all believe they come back 24 hours later just to be voted off!!

Rev. has too much of a following to go I think, still stick to my prediction of last week, Simon or Brian.

Debbie is doing a tango I think, so that should be good.

EDIT. Debbie did the Quickstep, what was I thinking?

I might change my mind, Charlotte was a bit lacking again tonight.

Oh dear, only week two and we have had tears like Niagra Falls!!

Charlene Tilton? Someone tiny? Or someone blonde? Cryptic!!!

Well I was half right with Brian, but sadly I cant see him lasting too many weeks.

Still in love with Debbie's dancing, I just hope she does not peak too early.

Cant believe they got rid of "Mo from Holby" I know her dancing was a bit naff but she was entertaining.

They should of got rid of silly simpering Charlotte - she is so fake and her movement is very wooden - cant call it dancing - but then we would have lost Brendan.

I know who i really want to get rid of but cant see the "Charlene Tilton" of strictly going yet mores the pity.

Annoying isn't it Tabitha? I am not paying attention to WHAT she is saying, just WHO she sounds like. I reckon I will wake up in the middle of one night, and it will come to me, but in the meantime.............GRRRRRRRR!

I am getting slightly annoyed with one of the contestants already, too much to say! I also wish they would cut down on the frippery before they dance ie. what they have done that week. All that faffing about dancing in a football ground. Just get on with it.

Not long now until we find out who is going to pack their dancing shoes into their little bags.

I too spend all my time trying to work out who she sounds like, I will get it eventually - it usually does.

I dont trust her - one little bit.

The judges imo are not consistent in their voting, say some
dancer were not good but gives them a good score.
Greg to me is the only one who says it straight and votes the same way.

Tess should remember she is not a judge but a presenter and as for the
noise up stairs after the votes it is putting me right off this show.

MTG yes agree could be Brian and the Chef in the dance off. The Rev has too much of a following. Loved the song the chef chose but he is not a dancer or even a prospective one. How about those 9s in week two though? Wow!

Do you know, it could be Arlene Brenda. That flow of her speech pattern is very distinctive. I thought it could have been someone from Corrie, but it is rattling the life out of me. I was concentrating more on her, than some of the dancing!!

Debbie was a dream, it was effortless. Good on her, it makes me feel good inside to see her dancing so well. I think David said she was a ballet dancer for years.

Alexandra was very good, but I think a lot of the others were very lacklustre.

I do wish Tess would stop shouting all the time. She repeats what the judges have said, only louder.

Time will tell tomorrow, but I still stick by my original two. I don't think the Rev will be going anywhere fast.

She sounds and looks, a lot like Arlene Phillips to me.She tends to mark higher than some of the others.
.Arlene is from Manchester and went to the High School I went to.
I really liked the paso doble that Alexandra did.
Debbie was good.I believe she had been a ballet dancer and was for 3 years artistic director of her own ballet company so maybe that's why she is so supple?

I think it might be Lesley Joseph ( as Dorien) ? The accent is different but the tones and speed of the speech is about the same?

on reflection it could be Lulu when she's pretending not to be Scottish, ? In this case Wallasey trying to be less Wallasey :-)

Can we all listen very intently please????

That new judge Shirley sounds just like someone else on the tv. I heard it the first time she was on.

I even sit there with my eyes closed to concentrate on the tone of her voice.

Who the heck does she sound like?

TELL ME!!!!!!
