Anyone got an 03 number which I can use to contact Sky about my Sky TV bill?

I am certain I had an 03 number at one time but I can't find it,

I've become so frustrated trying to speak online or to email the firm that I'd think of cancelling altogether if it weren't for the fact that OH enjoys it.

Sky-speak is nowhere near as easy as it is with M & S online.

You should be able to find it through your sky box Joy. Go into the information part and it should be there

Success with that number LaG.

Quickly rang before I went out this morning and the waiting time was 45 minutes so tried this after when I got back in - 10 minute waiting time but they answered in one minute and I got sorted out just fine.

That's good news Joy, well done. When we had sky we always found them really helpful. We are with Virgin now and no problems as yet ;-) :-D
