Since I have concluded that I can't drink any more I have several cans of cider in the cupboard that were intended for the village lunch.

I have been seeing that advertizement for Quorn sausages where she cooks them in apple juice so I tried it with a can of cider.

A bit good, I can tell you!

A Pork joint roasted in apple juice is always good....cider is just a small step up...
