My tree came back for a while Sunday evening to Monday but again became unavailable yesterday evening. A bigger problem is that even when it’s available, it can’t be exported so no backup has been possible for some months. |

This is a regular thing now. I never get this problem with Ancestry or the other sites I use. I have 8000 people in my tree and wonder if one day I will try to access it and it will all be gone |

Support has acknowledged a poster’s complaints/problem on FB & have passed the info onto IT. In other words, they’ve shouted across to the other side of the room ;-) |
