There is no difference between any of the GR sites ........

.......... except they charge your sub in the currency of the country if you let them know that you live in Canada, the US, South Africa etc. They did that with me, and I discovered it cost me twice as much by the time GR had converted UK sterling into US dollar (said that was the same as Can $ :-S ) and my credit card company converted that into Canadian dollar.

There are no different records on the different sites.

Yes I know what you mean, I have fibromyalgia and one of the problems asid from pain is 'brain fog' which makes it difficult to get motivated and concentrate. So as I no longer work I thought rediscovering my roots might stimulate my brain and help me get my life back :)

Hope it's like riding a bike. Just remember to watch the time - I find hours go past when deep in researching - it's so absorbing. :-D

Thanks wasn't sure if I had to open new account as when I clicked on South Africa Genes it looked as though I had to register again.
I have only just got back into researching after a couple of years with poor health so at moment I am still trying to find my feet again lol
:-)

I have been in contact with people I'm related to on here from Australia and South Africa and I'm in Cyprus :-D

I could see their trees and UK trees, no problems. :-)
