You can find it on the T & Cs page, right at the bottom, but they do not make it easy to find.

Hi I just want to change my credit card details so my membership can continue hand cannot find anywhere I can do this .

If you click on "help" on the top line of the screen (in between Account and your name), then click on "Subscriptions and Payments" on the left of the screen (under Complete FAQ Listings) then click on "How can I change the card I pay with".

They don't make it easy to find anything on this site, lol.

You cannot change your credit card until you have received the notice that it is time to renew, then you can access the place to change the details

Trouble is Sylvia I didn't get an email and several others didn't. I just got told my subscription was finished with quite an expensive conversion of the pounds to Euros.

According to the current T&Cs, an email is only sent if the subscription rate is changing. If you don't have your membership set to continuous then it will lapse if you don't remember in time.

nor did I get an email until just before BUT I did notice that RENEW was showing in a different colour on the very top line of the screen (where it says Gifts Upgrade etc)
