I used to be a member and have now joined again. My tree is still here. Is it possible to re-claim it or do I have to start again?

Welcome back, Rosemary.

Can you still access your tree on your original account? You’d need to know the linked email address & password. If so, down load a gedcom copy of your tree to your computer then upload to the new account.

Click on the words Family Tree, via the old account & select Export Gedcom.
Once it’s downloaded, log back into the new account, select Import Gedcom, and browse for it on your computer.

Support might be able to retrieve your original password if you’ve forgotten it.
Contact them on support@genesreunited.co.uk.

Well, firstly welcome back Rosemary. Are you in UK or Oz or NZ? Just asking because of the time you posted and I used to have contact with a Rosemary some years back.

Hope you can get your tree sorted.
