Good point by JemimaFawr. After "Save" press F5 which will force a page refresh and your updated entries.

Yes it's saving with me too.

I have had instances in the past where the info recorded on the Tree Member's Profile have not appeared to have been saved. But when I logged in the next time they were there! :-S :-D

As with Detective Edit | Save is working fine for me.
If you have loaded a shared tree Edit is disabled.

Just tried on mine, and it seems fine. The whole site has been a bit flakey for quite some time.

As GR don’t work at the weekend, don’t expect a reply straight away.

Have you thought of also having your tree off line, using a FH programme on your own PC/device? Many of us prefer that and use GR or others as an online backup & research.

I have just sent the following email to the support team -

I am having an issue when i add a note to an individuals profile. After adding a note I then go to the save button. After saving any notes I then come out of the profile. When I go back in to that individuals profile my saved notes have not been saved and are not there. Please help, I see this as essential to keeping a full and comprehensive record of my family history. I have just renewed my Platinum membership for a further 12 months and it alway s used to work. Very disappointed. What’s changed ?

Has anyone experienced similar issues ?
