	Is it easy to find someone on Twitter and will they know that someone is looking for them please.

	You can see if someone uses Twitter by searching for their email address, if you know it. You need to register with Twitter to do this. But some people do not use their regular email address to register themselves. I've never been notified that someone is looking for me.
