When we were being 'educated' at school about death during RE classes, our teachers always tended to speak in distant terms, focusing on ritual, tradition & even administration after the event.

What was not mentioned very much included how it feels to experience the death of a loved one or how to deal with the inevitable raw sadness. Family death is deeply personal.

In the country of my origin, there was an old saying used to comfort the sorrowing family: 'He/she had a good death'.

Such a sad end for him, he's been suffering from dementia, ss did his mother and another relative.

Heartbreaking for his family, friends and fans.
