	Black Friday; expectant shopkeepers; loads of delirious pre-Christmas shoppers willing to part with their festive bonus plus other workers hurrying home - not forgetting anxious families waiting for their safe return. Terrorists & war mongers, if this is the reason, often choose their 'battles' carefully to cause massive disruption at a minimum cost to themselves.

	My next door has just been round for a parcel and his girlfriend is//was locked in a bar her work party had just arrived at ,the whole street was/is in lock down,,,,,,,,,,but its a false alarm he said.
