	Oh there's loads of Weavers in Southampton at that time just not in Portswood Rd :-D

	Perhaps they were only there between census years? Census were taken on 31 Mar 1901 & 2 Apr 1911 The head of the household should be listed on the local electoral roll in the intervening years. Full emancipation didn’t happen until sometime in the 1920’s and was limited to those aged 21 & over. Contact Southampton Archives. They can search the Rolls on your behalf but are likely to make a charge. Access is normally free if you can search in person. https://www.southampton.gov.uk/arts-heritage/southampton-archives/

	....but Adelaide Road is in Portswood - if not in Portswood Road :-D Strange, because I quite often say my gran was brought up in Portswood Road, but it was Northcote Road, Portswood!
