How long do they usually take?

I ordered a PDF Copy of a Birth Cert on 29th March,it was confirmed on the 2nd April est date for PDF download 9th April - no sign of it yet,should I be worried? :-|

My pdf was available within a few days but I can't remember exactly how many. I would query yours as I do not think mine took that many

Look in your junk mail as I had some go there or go on GRO and look at your order and you can see if it's been done. :-)

Go into your account on GRO and check the status of the certificate you ordered.
You will need a number which is in the email GRO sent when you ordered it.
