	I made some peach chutney today. It is supposed to be for a village lunch next year but I am not sure it will last that long!

	Well, the chances of it going off are very slim. It is a bit yummy now and it still needs to mature yet.

	The peaches were not that expensive off the market and you only ever want teat one or two at a time. They don't stay good for long but, as chutney, they get better. All of you who want some, rather than have me send it to you, you come along to the village lunch and have some.
