Who decided to 'celebrate' St Patrick's Day on 17th March?

Imagine that! Some celebration as it usually falls half-way through Lent when many have pledged to give up the demon drink for the 6 weeks of Lent.

Let's have a Referendum on the matter! :-S

Looking at my hair when I got up this morning ........ I would also join in celebrating World Ratstail Day :-D

I'm going to the hairdressers tomorrow, so it might a couple of months before the day should be renamed World Prickly Hair Day
