Well I'm back, did you miss me? Probably not, I don't add posts on here often but do read quite a few.

My subscription problems have eventually been sorted out, so pleased to be back :-D

Still no email, so I've press the auto-renew button, hopefully it all goes through ok, if not I'm sure they'll be emailing me pdq :-D

Thanks everyone for your replies, I usually get an email reminder, so far nothing, but noticed I've got a 'Renew' in green on the top off my page. (I just like to know beforehand how much they want off me) :-)

Sylvia, it’s one of those funny colours. One person would says it’s blue while another would say it’s green :-D

I got an email about a month ago reminding me that my sub was due on September 8, plus the RENEW at the top of the page changed colour (can't remember whether it went blue or green.

BUT I didn't get an email last year .....


so a bit hit and miss.

Mine's due and I had an email.

I downgraded last year to a Standard sub after years of Platinum/Parish. They emailed me yesterday to tell me to use up my 50 credits, which I did :-D

Yes, I had a reminder email about 10 days ago. Check your spam if you were expecting one.
I’ve also got a blue Renew at the extreme top of the page. I think it runs out on the 20th.

It seems to be hit and miss. I haven’t had a reminder from them for a long while so I have a note on my calendar at home of when it’s due and I look out for ”Renew” to appear at the top of the page.

Do G.R. still send reminders when your subs are due, just wondered as I normally send a cheque, subs due at the end of the month.
