I changed my Bt Hub 5 for a BT Hub 6. My Kindle is repeatedly saying weak signal.
I reported my problem to BT and after checking they said the hub is fine, the fault must be with the Kindle.I think this is buck passing. I went to You Tube hoping to find a
solution there, but all I could find was how to restart if it's sticking, which it's not.
Does anyone recognise my problem ? can you recommend the solution ?

Change the Smart Hub ssid settings so that 2.4 and 5.0 have different names. Then connect Kindle to the 2.4.
The problem is with the Kindle.

Thank you everyone. The problem is now solved with Amazon and BT in tandem. :-)
