	Which site would that be, Rosy? The main subscriptions sites, Findmypast & Ancestry, will only allow you to view saved records if you have a current subscription. FMP are changing their T&C - you won't be able to view anything you've purchased in the past if you're accessing the site as a free member. Its a pity you've found out the hard way. We're frequently reminding people who ask that this will be the case. We advise downloading a purchased image to your computer then upload back to GR.

Member Since: December 2005 Posts: 7 Send Message	I have been apart of Genes reunited family for many years & been happy with the site, But for the first time I payed for info which I saved in my keepsake folder. When I went to re-look at my info which I had already payed for. It asked me to repay in points again to look at the info again. Disappointed will not pay for this service again. Will look else where at well known sites once you payed don't charge again,,,,,,, : : :-\| :-\| :-\|
