Apart from me?

I hated it at school but I think their intention was to put you off as much as they could.

Cookery was as bad.

Ooops! I missed that bit out didn't I?

I made myself a shoulder bag with very thick wool and it weighs a ton as well as costing £20 for the material.

This one is multi-coloured and mostly odds and ends of wool.

The lining of mine is made of one of Fred's old sheets but have found some hessian fat quarters in a sale so I might use them as well to make it keep it's shape better.

'Only' 40 foot short?

I think I mentioned that I had a peg-loom for the Christmas before last. It is very basic, just a lump of wood with holes drilled in it and removable dowels.

Because I didn't want to buy all the thick wool again, it was expensive, I said I would make it from French knitted scraps of old wool.

I have finished the French knitting for one side and measured it and the second side I need to finish to the same length. I am only 40ft short of the 100ft the other side measures.

Why do I make these very silly promises?
