	My e-mail inbox and spam boxes are invariably full. 95% of these are messages re postings made on this and other forums. It might be obvious to some, but has escaped my notice, HOW do I stop them ? Any assistance would be appreciated, as always.

	David, on GR click on My watched threads under the tools setting to the left of the page. It’s possible that you’ve clicked Watch This on a number of threads. If that is the case, untick them from the list & remember to Save. Other sites & Facebook have different protocols. Can’t think of anything else which have caused the problem.
