I just googled and it's not just Facebook it's also Instagram and WhatsApp and the outage is worldwide.

Since last night, FB has occasionally been treating me like I'm a new member- a message on how to start, add friends etc.

Sometimes I have access - sometimes I haven't.
I tried to post Birthday wishes yesterday, when it looked like it was working, and it wouldn't let me. :-(
