Didn't do very well at all today.

OH had two jobs today which I had been looking forward to accompanying him on.

Just before it was time to get up, my mind came up with something from my childhood which I needed to deal with, that is how it goes. Anyway, that was me done for the day. I couldn't go with him and stayed at home to retreat to the bath.

This is where I heal and this morning it was like deep trance when I slept in there, very, very deep.

I don't remember anything of what I dreamt but I have been a bit weedy all day.

you have to do things your way Sharon

3and half years since loosing Michael seems a lifetime ago yet still only recently .

I still have off days when i feel very depressed and cry and talk to his photo and tell him i love and miss him.I have other bright days too when i feel i can do this and get out and about and get on with things

Have had to be firm with myself too and not lose myself wallowng in a few glasses of rose because know it would be very easy to get into the habit that would be difficult to break

i think knowing what you can do and going with the flow which ever way is the healing process

Take care and if you can put the washing out then weh hey !!!!

;-)

Thanks Shirley.

A bit of support and encouragement is just what I wanted.

Could do with rather less of the slowly aspect really.

This morning I am up by ten o'clock AND I have a load of washing on. That is the first load in four years. I am hoping I will be able to hang it on the line but , if I can't, I can't.

Yesterday we took the old biddies out for lunch and, when we brought the mini-bus back and I was getting off, I realized that I was not feeling totally exhausted by it all.

Getting there, getting there.
