Up load to the Keepsafe.
(You might next have to click Edit)
Scroll until you see the box headed Attached Relations
Start to type the name of the relation
Click on the relevant relatives name.
Remember to Save.

You can find GR's instructions here -
https://www.genesreunited.co.uk/help/faqs#Keepsafe

When you’re viewing an item in your Keepsafe, you’ll see three options.

Edit – click on this to edit details about the item, such as dates or where the event took place. You can add your own private notes too.

Attach – click on this to attach the item to any number of relations in your tree.

Move – click on this to move an item to a folder in your Keepsafe.

At the top of the Keepsafe you can also ‘select all’ to move everything from one place to another or change the privacy settings of all of your images.

"When you attach a photo or record to someone we'll add that item to their name in your tree. You'll be able to see it in the tree under the photos or records section. The name below the item will be highlighted and you can click on this to view that person's profile."
