You know how I have a problem with spending money?

Currently, I am toying with the idea of buying a Himalayan rock salt deodorant and a ball of sisal twine to knit some scourers to go with the dishcloths I already knit.

Yes, that is right, I am deliberating about indulging in salt and string.

I sure do know how to live!

The twine could be classified under ‘therapeutic hobby’.

But why rock salt (deodorant) all the way from the Himalayas? Think of the air miles & the accumulative effect on the environment. Can you find an alternative sourced from closer to the UK?

Could nip down the beach of a morning I suppose.

That plane would be flying from Nepal anyway so it might as well have my bit of salt on-board.

I don't even know where sisal comes from.
