Hello hopefully someone can assist me as I do not seem able to get a response from the support team. Does anyone know what this message means? i can no longer access my family tree which is obviously very worrying. Any ideas?

explanations on the internet seem to suggest it’s a server problem.

Have you emailed GR directly?

They aim to reply within 3 working days.

I had that message this morning but I just went off the site and then went back in without a problem.

Try signing out and then resigning in to see if that makes a difference. if you still cant access your tree then maybe email support.
Can you do anything else though like search or send messages?

Hi Thank you. it did seem to resolve itself after a couple of hours but nothing from support which is very disappointing.
