Have you tried Googling?

It's surprising what you can find!

Is the stable in a named road as it is possible to search census using address?

Is that Willand rather than Williand?

Hi I am looking for information and old photos of Williand in Devon.
In particular an old children's home which previously was a stable. My daughter works
On the old site which is now a nursery, but nobody can find any history of times gone by there. There is still a horseshoes door knocker on the wall from the previous stables but we can't find anything on its history
