Thank you to all you lovely people for wishing me Happy Birthday yesterday.

I am a little surprised my opening thread was RR'd, all I said I was going out for the day. :-S

Thank you for the text Von, what a sweet thing to do.

Thanks to Fly, Belle, Twiddeley, Island, Pat, Mr M, Jem, Emma, Ann, JoyLouise, LaGooner, Barb and Maggie for your kind wishes.

I had a fab day, went for a mooch around Covent Garden, then a walk down the Thames to a pub for lunch, and friends we had not seen for about 10 years were sitting there waiting for us.
