iPad split screen

I am on the iPad and every time I go into Genes I get a split screen with a Mac book pro advert on one side. Anyone know how I get rid of the split screen nothing seems to work |

I have signed in via google and don’t have the split screen. It is just when picking it up via emails as I usually do on here |

Yes, not a lot of help here. Actually he just did what I had been doing for about an hour off and on, he wiped it to the left (or right he couldn't remember...... of course :-D He suddenly said in surprise "it's gone". |
