It’s been the hottest anyone can remember, I was in Western Australia for most of this month and it was 41 degrees most of the time.

How did the trifle go? :-D :-D

ZZzzz Report 31 Dec 2019 05:21

It was liked by all, but I had a bit of a struggle making it because I’m used to pints etc and didn’t know how much it would be volume wise it it turned out ok and was enough. :-D

ZZzzz Report 31 Dec 2019 07:06

I’m back home in the uk now and I have an Aunt and Uncle in Banbury ;-)

Allan Report 31 Dec 2019 07:18

Apart from the heat did you enjoy WA?

ZZzzz Report 31 Dec 2019 08:08

I most certainly did, I go every other year, this trip I’ve met another cousin and his children, also went to Albany it was cooler there, I would emigrate there if I could afford to and had good health.

Allan Report 31 Dec 2019 09:27

I love Albany. It is such an historical area and, unlike many other towns, including Perth, it has preserved its historical heritage :-)

PS. I'm originally from the UK. We came to WA in 1982

ZZzzz Report 31 Dec 2019 09:32

My newly discovered cousin has been in WA since 1986, he is from Northumberland originally.
