	As a follow up to schools reopening May 11 Pres. Macron is planning on a follow up for bars and restaurants to re-open Jun 15. This is to be backed up by a large scale trace n track operation inc a smart phone app. Currently the French govt. and Apple/Google are at loggerheads re privacy issues. If this plan goes ahead what will the attitude be of UKGovt bearing in mind that Freedom of Movement EU law applies to end 2020 ? How would a buttoned down UK establishment react if such a scheme was shown to work ?
