That's what I paid too. The last couple of years I have sent a cheque for my subscription (for some reason they were having trouble with my card). This year I got an email from them saying the price was £17.96 and they couldn't accept the cheque as there was no one working in the office. I told them what I usually paid as I had been a member since 2003, so they said that if I renewed at the full price (using my son's paypal account) they would refund me the £9 difference. Give them their due, they gave him the refund the next day. |
